Years of experience in Drafting, Building Information Modeling, Drawing Management and Surveying
Fine Line International, Inc. was established in January 2013 with the objective of providing mechanical and electrical drafting services in both 2D and 3D environments. Since then, Fine Line has evolved from a drafting company into a centralized hub hosting Building Information Modeling services, Drawing Management, and Surveying Services. Fine Line strives to provide continuous integrated innovations for the growing market, all under one shop.
Our mission is to harmonize our services to efficiently deliver high-quality products at competitive costs based on our clients’ visions. Additionally, we want to serve as a resource hub for clients experiencing a surge in demand for manpower and advanced computing systems.
We have dedicated our experience to the healthcare industry, serving over 60 hospitals, as well as commercial buildings and data and communication centers across Canada. This includes 5 subway stations in the transportation industry, and we continue to expand.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a comprehensive digital representation of a building’s physical and functional characteristics. BIM services encompass a wide range of activities and technologies aimed at creating, managing, and utilizing this detailed digital model throughout a building’s lifecycle, from design and construction to operation and maintenance. Drafting services involve the creation of detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics used in various industries, including architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and construction. These drawings serve as essential documentation for designing, visualizing, and communicating ideas and concepts. Our drafters are experienced in 2D and 3D environments, using programs such as 3D Max, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. Drawing management is the systematic process of organizing, storing, retrieving, and controlling technical drawings, plans, and related documentation throughout their lifecycle. It plays a critical aspect in various industries, including architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and facility management. Effective drawing management ensures that accurate and up-to-date drawings are readily available to project stakeholders, helping to maintain project integrity and compliance.
